We are looking for a highly energetic and engaging VR Ambassador to join our team. As a VR Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to virtual reality players.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Passionate about virtual reality technology and its potential

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a high energy and engaging customer service experience to virtual reality players
  • Interact with customers, recommend, educate, and equip players for virtual reality experiences
  • Assist customers while in virtual reality and follow proper sanitization protocols in between players
  • Answer phone calls and setup reservations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable virtual reality experience for all players
